hindrances. The organization has effectively developed various logistics
support systems for containerization and trade for national and international
concerns. CONCOR is a blue chip company which is a well established public
sector undertaking. CONCOR announced recruitment 2012 notification
for the post of Management Trainees in the organization for the technical
discipline and the MIS discipline. Below are the important information about
this post.
CONCOR Recruitment 2012 details
CONCOR has invited
applications from candidates who are interested in joining the organization at
the given post and who are completely eligible and qualified to appear for the
whole selection process. The applications are meant for the vacancies which
have arisen for the post of Management Trainees. The available posts are in the
disciplines of Management Trainee (Technical – Mechanical) and Management
Trainee (MIS - Computer Engg. / Computer Science & Engg. /Technology). The
total number of vacancies for these two posts would be notified by CONCOR at a
later stage. The vacancies would be appropriately divided between these two
positions according to the requirement of the organization and the vacancies
would also be reserved for the reservation category candidates as per the
instructions of the government and the organization.
The selected candidates
will have to be involved in the day to day operations of the organization in a
very effective manner in order to justify their selection and to grow further
in the organization.
Eligibility Criteria
The candidates must
have a valid and qualifying GATE 2013 test score card in order to be eligible
for the available posts. The age limits will be set by the government at a
later stage.
The educational
qualification that the candidates must have to be eligible for the available vacancies
in the 2 disciplines is a full time bachelor’s degree in engineering or a full
time bachelor’s degree in technology with the specialization in Mechanical,
Computer Science & Information Technology, whichever may be relevant for
the candidates according to their area of interest and the availability of
vacancies.
Selection Procedure & Salary
The candidates will be
called for a group discussion after being shortlisted on the basis of their
GATE 2013 score. After this GD round, the further shortlisted candidates will
have to face a round of interview, where the aptitude and subject related
knowledge of the candidates will be judged by a panel of experts. Final
selection decision will be made on the basis of these performances only.
The salary would
consist of 2 components. First would be the fixed basic pay scale and the other
would be the benefits and allowances that the candidates will receive on the
basis of the instructions of the government and the organizational authorities.
The pay scale would be decided by the concerned authorities at later stages.
